I am the Founder and the Director of Lifecare Options, which is a registered NDIS service provider in Adelaide. It is a family business that I established following my employment in Australia as a cab driver. As a driver, I also worked with people with disabilities, and I enjoyed assisting them. I gained a positive rapport with my clients and considered them as my family.
Since I started developing my business, some of my most appropriate clients persuaded me to join as a Disability Support Worker. I was pleased and content to offer them the services that they required. Their happiness and pride gave me the feeling of pride and a desire to do a better job for our most vulnerable members of the community.
I began working as a Personal Support Worker and received a great experience in cooperating with individuals with various disabilities. This experience gave me the courage to venture into business. I launched Lifecare Options Disability Services in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic was taking place. My initial customer was in the form of my first client, whom I contacted directly when they heard that I was opening up my own business.
My entire team of support workers is trained under the same ethics and passion that I began with. Together as a team, we strive to make the lives of our clients easier and help them attain their objectives. The positive testimonials of my satisfied and content clients and employees keep me focused and committed to my clients. My work is because my clients give me the reason, and when they are satisfied, I am at the top of the world.

Sanchit
Team Leader
Sanchit joined Life Care Options as a Disability Support Worker and, through his dedication and leadership abilities, progressed to the role of Team Leader. With two years of hands-on experience in the Disability sector, he combines practical knowledge with strong communication and team coordination skills. Sanchit focuses on delivering high-quality support services while guiding and mentoring team members.
