I am Nitin, the Founder and Director of Lifecare Options, a Registered NDIS Service provider. This is a family-run business that I started after working as a cab driver in Australia. During my time as a driver, I worked with people with disabilities, and I loved supporting them. I developed good relationships with my clients and treated them like family.
As my business grew, some of my best clients encouraged me to become a Disability Support Worker. I was happy and satisfied to provide them with the services they needed. Seeing their satisfaction and happiness made me feel proud and encouraged me to do something better for our most vulnerable community members.
I started as a Personal Support Worker and gained a lot of experience working with people with different disabilities. This experience gave me the confidence to start my own business. In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I started Lifecare Options Disability Services. My first client came to me directly when he heard that I had started my own business.
All my support workers are trained by me with the same ethics and passion that I started with. We work as a team to make our clients' lives more comfortable and to help them achieve their goals. Testimonials from my happy and satisfied clients and staff keep me focused and dedicated to my clients. My clients are the reason I work, and if they are happy, I am on top of the world.
